A term used to describe a new generation of web services and applications with an increasing emphasis on human collaboration.

Dynamic Page

refers to the web pages that are affected by user input or preference.

Social Networking

is the use of internet-based social media sites to stay connected with friends, family, colleagues, customers, or clients.

Blogs

is a discussion or informational website published on the world wide web consisting of discrete, often informal diary-style texte posts.

Wikis

is a hypertext publication collaboratively edited and managed by its own audience directly using u web browser.

Video Sharing sites

a website that lets people upload and share their video clips with the public at large or to invited guets.

Folksonomy

allows users to categorize and classify/arrange information using freely chosen keywords

Rich User Interface

content is dynamic and is responsive to user's input.

User Participation

the owner of website is not the only one who is able to put content. Others are able to place a content on their own by means of comments, reviews, and evaluation.

Long Tail

services are offered on demand rather than on a one-time purchase.

Web 3.0 (read-write intelligent Web)

• In this generation, all the application on web or mobile will be upgraded with more features.

Semantic Web

provides a framework that allows data to be shared and reuse to deliver web content specifically targeting the user.
