General Assembly
UN body where all members have representation. Two-thirds of members must agree for major decisions.

Administrative arm of UN that leads entire organization. Usually comes from small, neutral nation to avoid biased choices.

Judicial branch of the UN that settles disputes between countries and gives advisory opinions on international legal issues.

Largest and most complex part of UN. Directs economic, social, humanitarian, and cultural activities.
Trusteeship Council
UN body that oversees the administration of trust territories and promotes their progress towards self-governance.
World Bank
Created to provide financial assistance for the reconstruction of Europe after WW2 and later provided loans to developing countries
International Monetary Fund
facilitates monetary cooperation among all member states in the world
