Made up compact bone, centre is medullary cannal (hollow, contain bone marrow), Endosteum lining the medullary cannal contain osteoclast for bone resorption, periosteum membrane that cover all the bone except articular(joint) cover by hyaline cartilage, periosteum contain BV and nerve—> promoting growth in Diameter,immature bone and repairing bone

common condition at the traction epiphysis of the tibial tuberosity in children whose bones are still growing is called Osgood-Schlatter disease
