Being shy and timid, avoiding eye contact, speaking softly, walking behind others, giving one-word answers, and keeping their head down.
In cases of Child Abuse, where should a nurse look for linear burns?
Elbow, butt, knees, and feet.
What injury pattern is highly indicative of potential Child Abuse?
Multiple injuries or fractures at various stages of healing.
Besides physical injuries, what are other social or behavioral signs of Child Abuse?
Aggressive or submissive behavior, avoiding physical contact, inappropriate clothing, and skipping school.

Because babies do not usually roll at 2 months old.

YES, and every facility has a protocol or process for this.

A timid patient who does not speak or provide eye contact while the abuser does all the talking.

First separate the abuser from the client, then ask the client about their safety.
