All participants reported an improvement in mood
TMD(total mood disturbance) improved significantly such as tension and anxiety
10 week dance classes
TMD Scores lowered in both groups
Anger decreased significantly (P<0.038)
Vigor increased but not significantly
The effect of dance did not differ for both groups
