Constitution
A giant rulebook that protects citizens and ensures everyone is safe, happy, and fair.

The group that first demanded a "Bill of Rights" for India to safeguard citizens.
Fundamental Rights
Essential rights for every individual's basic human dignity and personal development, guarded by the Judiciary.
The Judiciary
The courts and judges who act as guards to ensure fundamental rights are not taken away.
Right to Equality
A fundamental right ensuring equality before law, equal access to public places, no discrimination, and the abolition of titles and untouchability.
Right to Liberty & Freedom
A fundamental right including freedom of expression, peaceful assembly, movement across India, and the Right to Life.
Right Against Exploitation
A fundamental right that forbids forced labour and strictly bans employing children in dangerous jobs, factories, or mines.
Right to Freedom of Religion
A fundamental right allowing individuals to follow any religion of their choice and communities to manage their own religious institutions.
Cultural & Educational Rights
Rights meant to preserve minority languages, scripts, and cultures, and allow minorities to run their own schools.
Constitutional Remedies
The "Ultimate Protector" that allows individuals to go straight to court if their fundamental rights are violated.
