Afferent based systems, sending information to brain and spinal cord

Motor neurons

Transmits commands from the CNS directly to muscles and glands

Efferent neurons, sending out to muscles

Interneurons

Act as bridges between the sensory and motor systems

Everything in between, majority of the neurons in your body

Intracellular fluid

The fluid inside a cell; also known as cytoplasm

Extracellular fluid

The fluid surrounding a cell; also known as interstitial fluid
