A consitution contained in a single written document
Uncodifed
A constitution that is not contained in a single written document, comprising various sources such as statutes, conventions, and legal precedents.
Entrenched
A legal provision that makes it difficult to amend or repeal a constitution or law, ensuring that certain rights or principles remain protected and stable over time.
Cons of uncodifed constitution
