Confucius Says... L18 Test

1. 默而识之，学而不厌，诲人不倦。

Learn quietly and diligently, never tire of learning, and tirelessly teach others.

2. 四海之内皆兄弟也。

Within the four seas, all are brothers

3. 三人行，必有我师。

Three people walk, one can be my teacher.

4. 敏而好学，不耻下问。

Be quick to learn and do not be ashamed to ask questions.

5. 学而时习之，不亦乐悦(yue)乎？

Isn’t it a joy to learn and practice what you have learned from time to time.

6. 有朋自远方来，不亦乐（悦）乎？

Having friends from afar, isn’t that a great joy?

7. 己所不欲，勿施于人。

What you do not wish for yourself, do not impose onto others.
