Physiological Needs: Basic needs:

Social needs: Need to feel you
belong and are accepted by

Esteem needs: self-respect, pride in
oneself/one’s abilities, faith in oneself, self-
confidence.

Results in need for power, prestige + status

Desire for self-fulfillments – to become what
