30 Second Table Greet
Step 1 of service requiring servers to smile, introduce themselves, place beverage napkins, name specials, take drink orders, suggest specific appetizers after drinks are delivered, and ask if the guest is new.
Silver Up
The process in Step 2 of bringing essential dining accessories to the table—such as bone plates, silverware, ketchup, and wet naps—after writing down orders and entering them in the POS.
2 Bites or 2 Minutes Rule
The specified timeframe in Step 3 for checking back with guests after delivering their food to ensure everything is to their liking.
Reading Your Guests
Step 4 of service where servers understand guest needs and communication preferences, and immediately notify a manager if a guest is unhappy about something.
Pre-bus
