a treatment method designed to identify & correct distorted thinking patterns that can lead to feelings & behaviors that may be troublesome, self-defeating, or self-destructive.

treatment focused on helping the family function in more positive & constructive ways by exploring patterns in communication & providing support & education.
(The goal is to help family members deal with problems ina constructive way.)

the use of certain medications to treat or reduce the symptoms of a mental disorder

Zero tolerance policy
a policy in some schools that makes no exceptions to allow bullying or cyberbullying for anybody for any reason. This policy can extend off campus.
Aggressive
a communication style that may involve bullying or intimidation,may not pay attention to other people’s thoughts, feelings, or needs
Passive
a communication style that puts other people’s needs ahead of their own, some adopt this style because they dislike conflict and want greatly to avoid an argument
