Overview (Left of Dashboard)
The live screen within the dashboard used to view wash statistics.
Customers (Left of Dashboard)
A section to view club members by signup date, filter by account information, and sign up new customers.
Payments (Left of Dashboard)
A list containing customer names, dates, times, products purchased, payment locations, prices, and transaction states.

Transaction States
The status of a payment which can be attempting, authorizing, captured, or closed.
Info (Guest Account)
A tab that displays account statistics, customer details, !add payment methods!, and the option to unset or set a delinquent status.
Vehicles (Guest Account)
A section for license plate and vehicle information, archived vehicles, memberships, and setting the preferred site.
Users (Guest Account)
A tab containing the guest name, email, and phone number.
Payments
Time and date of each payment
Price & description of all payments made on the account, state of each payment (Captured, attempting, etc.)
Permissions (Guest Account)
Displays all active permissions by license plate and includes a "Purchase Product" button for adding memberships.
Log (Guest Account)
A record showing the time, date, license plate, wash package, and lane used for each guest wash.
Halted (Live Screen)
A status indicating payment has not gone through and the gate will not open, requiring an updated or new payment method.
Canceled (Live Screen)
A status indicating the guest has canceled their membership and may need help renewing or a bail out.
Blocked by Multiple (Live Screen)
A status used when a guest has already washed today; memberships are limited to 1 wash club visit 1 time per day.
Recognized (Live Screen)
A status where the camera identifies the license plate but the gate will not open; requires retyping the plate and checking if Chino is set as the preferred site.
Accepted (Live Screen)
A status meaning the plate has been recognized, the wash has loaded, and the gate will open.
No Autostart (Live Screen)
A status indicating the membership is not set to start on recognition or there is no membership attached to the vehicle.
Camera Recognition Failure (Live Screen)
An issue caused by bad lighting, a changed license plate, a missing account, or incorrect vehicle information that prevents the camera from reading the plate.
