What must employers do regarding risk assessments?

Assess workstations, identify risks and reduce them as far as reasonably practicable.

Requirements for a suitable workstation?

Good lighting, suitable screen/keyboard, adequate space, adjustable chair and proper support.

How long should continuous keyboarding last?

Maximum 2 hours; preferably no more than 1 hour.

Recommended break length?

5–10 minutes or more. Short, frequent breaks are preferred.
