3 limitations of the scheme
some preferred living in more traditional housing so some new housing difficult to sell
problems with housing market during the recession nearly stopped the scheme
still high crime rates largely due to proximity to Miles platting

Management team one a constructing excellence national award,
retained lots of industrial heritage in street names e.g. Anita street to recognise previous name Sanitary street and 5 monoliths at Cutting Room square
community involvement
created training and employment for locals trained more in manual jobs
diverse range of people in the area - skilled manual workers and highly paid professionals
