I'm a Computer Science graduate from UT Dallas with experience in Java, Python, SQL, React, REST APIs, and networking. Through my projects and professional experience, I've developed full-stack applications, worked with databases, and collaborated using Git and Agile. I'm excited to continue growing my technical skills in an enterprise environment.

Why are you interested in Infrastructure Integration Services?

I enjoy understanding how different systems communicate. My projects involving APIs, networking, databases, and system integration showed me how important reliable communication between applications is, and I'd like to continue building those skills.

Walk me through one of your technical projects.

My Machine Learning Security project is the one I'm most proud of. Our team built an application that identified potentially malicious files. I worked on the React frontend, helped integrate MySQL, retrained the machine learning model, optimized existing code, and collaborated using Git and Agile.

What problem was your Machine Learning project solving?

The project aimed to improve malware detection by using machine learning while providing users with an easy interface to view prediction results.

I learned how important communication, testing, and version control are when integrating multiple technologies into one application.

Tell me about your Java Networking project.

I developed a client-server application using Java sockets that allowed multiple clients to communicate with a server and perform real-time calculations.

Why is your Java Networking project relevant to this role?

It taught me how systems communicate over a network, which relates closely to infrastructure integration where multiple applications exchange data.

Tell me about your Database project.

My team designed a relational database for a supply chain management system by creating ER diagrams, normalizing tables, writing SQL queries, and developing stored procedures.

What did you learn from the database project?

I learned how good database design improves application performance, maintains data integrity, and reduces redundancy.

Tell me about your Security project.

I developed a Java application that encrypted and decrypted passwords while maintaining timestamped audit logs using file I/O.

Why are audit logs important?

Logs help developers troubleshoot issues, monitor system activity, and investigate security events.

Tell me about your Twitter API project.

Our team built a full-stack application that used the Twitter API to analyze trending topics. I worked with API data on the backend and contributed to the frontend display.

What did you learn from the Twitter API project?

I learned how REST APIs allow systems to exchange data and how backend services process information before displaying it to users.

Which project are you most proud of?

My Machine Learning Security project because it involved frontend development, backend integration, databases, teamwork, and solving real integration challenges.

How do you approach solving technical problems?

I first understand the issue, gather information, isolate the root cause, test possible solutions one at a time, implement the fix, and verify the solution before considering the issue resolved.

Tell me about a time you worked on a team.

My Machine Learning project required constant collaboration because different teammates worked on the frontend, machine learning model, and database. We coordinated through Git, communicated regularly, and tested often to ensure everything integrated correctly.

Tell me about a time you learned something quickly.

During the Machine Learning project, I needed to become more comfortable integrating React with MySQL and the machine learning model. I studied documentation, practiced, and worked with teammates until I could contribute confidently.

Tell me about a difficult bug or issue you solved.

One challenge was ensuring the frontend, database, and machine learning model all communicated correctly. We isolated each component, tested independently, reviewed logs, and verified data flowed correctly through the entire application.

How do you ensure code quality?

I test my changes, use Git for version control, communicate with teammates, review how my changes affect other parts of the application, and verify everything works before merging.

How would you explain a technical project to a non-technical person?

I focus on the problem being solved, explain the solution in simple language, avoid technical jargon, and describe the impact rather than the implementation details.

How do you handle feedback?

I appreciate constructive feedback because it helps me improve my technical skills and become a better teammate.
