1. Due to more photosynthesis as more higher temps, more vegetation in new areas, more co2 being absorbed = decrease warming effect = state of balance

Explain positive feedback for the C cycle

1. Higher temps = more thawing of the permafrost (20x warming effect than co2) = more higher temps = more thawing of permafrost

2. Ice reflects radiation frm the sun = decreasing surface warming = as more sea temps increases = more ice melts = less radiation being trapped

3. More wildfires due to humid conditions = more wildfires as temps increase even more

Explain positive feedback in water cycle

1. Rising sea levels due to thermal expansion and melting ice caps can destabilise ice shelves and increase rate of calving

2. Leads to increase in melting = sea levels rise more

Explain negative feedback in water cycle

1. Increase surface temps lead to increase evap from oceans

2. More cloud cover = reflect radiation from sun = slight cooling of surface temps
