Frozen

includes content that is “frozen” in time, which cannot be rephrase or reworded

Formal

used for important or serious situations and employs formal language

Consultative

a two-way communication in a formal setting

Casual

used in a relaxed/ normal situation with friends or family members

Intimate

used in private communication among families, lovers and closed friends
