Market value of a company. Calculated by multiplying the number of outstanding shares by price per share

High liquidity assets easily convertible into cash amount. Examples include U.S. Treasury Bills and corporate commercial paper

Contingent deferred sales charge
Back-end sales charge imposed when shares are redeemed from a a fund. Usually declines over time
