this relies on the idea that politicians always follow through on promises and perform actions

does not always mean a coverup, talking after the fact can also mean an action was driven by good and thought-out intentions

symbiotic language

what i say opens or closes avenues of action

demonisation

requires an absolute narrative of the world, not a specific group

can be external groups from a different polity

can be internal groups - used to be part of this polity but now believe something different

it is an endless process found in all politics

rules often fail to bring this under control
