14 November 1917 Formal recognition of what was occurred.
Large numbers of factories taken over by workers during 1917, factories not efficiently.
Decree accepted workers to take over instead of bourgeois, workers committees regulate pays, hiring and firing and instructed "stricest order and discilpine."

Finland declared independence on 17 november 1917
Lenin and Stalin were the Commissar of Natinolaities that hoped to inspired the establishment of Soviet republics throughout the former Russian Empire.
Did not grand independence to nations hostile to the Bolsheviks Needed to be Bolshevik, needed to be for the workers not peasants, not SRs, have to be Bolsheviks.

Elected justice by "revolutionary consciousness" that didn't have legal understanding, no legal law

Guaraneeted equal property rights, education, own or manage business, vote, marriage law changes, divorce easier, pregannt women protected from working overtime or night shifts, nursing mothers given 30 minutes to breast feed every 3 hours, abortion desscriminalised. Absolutely radical! Ahead of time
