Prone double SLR
Assesses posterior core endurance
lay prone on a table with arms under their head, and lift up legs, record how long tester can last
ACSM curl up test
assesses core muscular endurance
lie on a mat and curl to the metronome provided(40bpm). tape should be placed on the mat at the end of the fingers and tape 2 is 12 cm away. maximum curls is 75
McGill torso test (extension)
posterior core endurance
lay prone on the table with a partner holding the ankles, the tester should wrap their arms around their chest and hold full trunk extension as long as possible
Mcgill torso test (flexion)
anterior core endurance
sit with knees bent with arms crossed against the chest
sit at a 60 degree angle bracing the core for as long as possible
Mcgill torso test (side plank)
Hold a side plank for as long as possible (foot on top is in front of you)
