Laying down or depositing of sediments. Slower the water moves the less it can carry, it deposits all sediment to the bottom creating deltas

Causes erosion, wearing away do earth/rock due to chemical physical or biological means

Area of land where all the water falls into it drains into a common outlet

Mix of salt and fresh water

Estuaries

Transition zone between a river and the ocean. Mixed both salt and fresh water, is a good habitat for water life
