What is Lifestyle Redesign®?
An evidence-based OT intervention that promotes health, well-being, and healthy aging by helping individuals build healthier daily routines and habits.

What was the goal of Well Elderly I?
To determine whether preventive OT (Lifestyle Redesign®) improves health and well-being in ethnically diverse, independent older adults.
