Femur
It is your thigh bone. It connects from the hip joint to the knee joint. It is also the largest bone in our body
Tibia
It is also known as your shin bone. It connects from the knee to the ankle joint. It is our second largest bone
Humerus
Upper arm bone. It is connected to the shoulder joint and elbow joint. It is also the third largest bone in our body
Ulna
is located inside the forearm. The bone is connected from the elbow joint to the wrist.
Radius
It is located on the outside of the forearm (lower arm). It connects from the elbow to the wrist. This bone allows you to rotate your forearm.
Sternum
It is located in the chest (Breastbone). It connects the ribs.This is the area where CPR compressions are given.
Fibula
The fibula is the long, thin bone of the lower leg. It runs parallel to the tibia, and plays a significant role in stabilizing the ankle and supporting the muscles of the lower leg.
Skull
the bony structure that forms the head in the human skeleton. It supports the structures of the face and forms a cavity for the brain.
Phalanges
The bones of the fingers and of the toes. There are generally three phalanges (distal, middle, proximal) for each digit except the thumbs and large toes.
Mandible
lower jaw, is the bone that forms the lower part of the skull. Movement of the lower jaw opens and closes the mouth and also allows for the chewing of food.
Tarsal
The bones of the lower leg to form the ankle joint. The other six tarsals, tightly bound together by ligaments below the talus, function as a strong weight-bearing platform.
Pelvis
ring-like bony structure, located in the lower part of the trunk. It connects the axial skeleton to the lower limbs.
Clavicle
The clavicle is the bone that connects the breastplate (sternum) to the shoulder.
Patella (knee cap)
Aids with knee extension, allows for smooth movement during knee flexion/extension, protects the anterior surface of the knee joint
Ribcage
Connected to the sternum with a strong, somewhat flexible material called cartilage. Help protects the organs in the chest, such as the heart and lungs, from damage.
