Medication Assistance

Confidentiality regarding residents' health information and personal medication details.
Medication Labels
Information required on medication containers, including resident and prescriber names, medication name, dosage, and expiration date.
Side Effects
Predictable unwanted effects from medications that can occur alongside their intended effects.
Medication Documentation
The practice of recording medication administration details and any adverse effects or refusals.
