Why does the Church consider Abortion and Euthanasia to be wrong?
The Catholic Church beliefs that life begins at Conception and ends at death. Abortion and Euthanasia are both seen as means of ending life for the most vulnerable members of our society (the unborn and terminally). The purposeful destruction of any of God's creatures is seen as a desecration (depriving one of their dignity as a person) against life.
