A technique of teaching in which concepts are taught by having the learner problem solve, think critically or question.

Direct Teaching

Instruction is the use of straightforward, explicit teaching techniques, usually to teach a specific skill.

The Fall created original sin signifying humanity's fall from Grace.

He respected the dignity of others because he always invites people to talk to him or eat with him even if they are sinners. Jesus treated everyone equal no matter what.

How does Jesus restore what is lost through sin?

Jesus restored our image, he gave us back what we lost by sin. Jesus is the example of what we should be

We are participating in God's work because we are his created image. This means we are his crowning achievement.

Men and women are created equal not physically, but in their dignity, rights, and capacity to be signs of God's presence in the world.

What is a consistent ethic of life?

Reverence for and protection of human life, this applies to life in all stages, from the very beginning to the very end.

Why does the Church consider Abortion and Euthanasia to be wrong?

The Catholic Church beliefs that life begins at Conception and ends at death. Abortion and Euthanasia are both seen as means of ending life for the most vulnerable members of our society (the unborn and terminally). The purposeful destruction of any of God's creatures is seen as a desecration (depriving one of their dignity as a person) against life.

Abortion

The deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first 28 weeks of pregnancy.

Euthanasia

Act of ending a person's life to release them from an incurable disease or suffering. Active means to painlessly letting someone die.
