  • Hajj is an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, the holiest city for Muslims. Hajj is a mandatory religious duty for capable Muslims that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime

  • They follow a series of religious rituals over 5 or 6 days , in and around mecca.

  • They do this ritual to be cleansed of all their sins for a fresh start in life

What is the Camino salvado

The Camino Salvado is a pilgrimage route in Western Australia, following the journey of Dom Rosendo Salvado, a Spanish Benedictine monk. He was a missionary who founded New Norcia, Australia’s only monastic town, in 1847. The walk retraces the path he took from St. Joseph’s Church in Subiaco (Perth) to New Norcia, covering about 200 km.
