Jack’s Mule
Absolut vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup are shaken with ice, then strained into a Jack’s logo glass over fresh ice.
Topped with ginger beer and garnished with two flagged lime wheels across the top on a Jack’s pick.
Bleached
Malibu coconut rum, blue curacao, mango syrup, and pineapple juice are shaken with ice, then strained into a Gibraltar glass filled with ice.
Garnished with an orange slice

Absolut vodka, Kahlua, and cold brew are added into a shaker tin without ice. Dry shake well for 10-15 secs to produce a foam. Served in a rocks glass over ice

Absolut vodka, Monin vanilla syrup, Kahlua and cold brew are added into a shaker tin without ice. Dry shake well for 10-15 secs to produce a foam. Served in a rocks glass over ice
Gummy Bear Margarita
Olmeca tequila, strawberry puree, fresh sweer ‘n sour, orange juice, and cranberry cocktail are poured into a shaker tin filled with ice. Shaken vigorously and strained into a 14 oz logo’d glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a skewer of five gummy bears
Mojito
Fresh mint, simple syrup and ice a muddled in a shaker tin. Add white rum (Lamb’s Rum in ON), fresh sweet ‘n sour, lime juice and shake vigorously. Pour into 14 oz glass, top with soda, and stir.

Mango Mojito
Fresh mint, simple syrup and ice a muddled in a shaker tin. Add white rum (Lamb’s Rum in ON), mango syrup fresh sweet ‘n sour, and passionfruit, and shake vigorously. Pour into 14 oz glass, top with soda, and stir.

Classic Margarita
Olmeca tequila, simple syrup, triple sec, and lime juice are added to a shaker tin with ice. Shaken vigorously and strained into a salt rimmed cocktail glass.

Spicy Grapefruit Margarita
Olmeca tequila, fresh sweet ‘n sour, honey hot syrup and grapefruit are poured into a shaker tin filled with ice. Shaken vigorously and poured into a 14 oz glass half rimmed with tajin seasoning.
Garnished with a floating dehydrated grapefruit
Jack’s Ceaser
14 oz glass is rimmed with tajin seasoning and filled with ice, topped with Guest’s choice of vodka, Worcestershire, black pepper, and clamato juice. Add Jack’d Up Habanero hot sauce last by measuring into a bar spoon as per spice preference of the Guest, and stirring well.
Garnished with a celery stick, extreme bean, and a lime wheel
Aperol Spritz
Aperol, Mionetto Prosecco and soda water are poured into a wine glass filled with ice. Stirred together and garnished with an orange wheel dropped in the glass

Absolut Mandarin, mango syrup, sweet and sour, passionfruit juice, and iced tea are shaken with ice, and then strained into a glass with fresh ice.
Garnished with a floating dehydrated lemon
Strawberry Southside
Beefeater Gin, Island Oasis Strawberry Mix, sweet n’ sour, simple syrup and fresh mint are shaken together with ice, Poured into a stemless wine glass and topped with soda
Garnished with a mint sprig and strawberry on the rim.
Blue Raspberry Lemonade
Absolut Respberri and fresh sweet n’ sour, and soda water are pured into a pint glass full of ice. Topped with Rose’s blue raspberry syrup.
