Upper right arm. Specifically, on the right infraclavicular fossa, right below the right clavicle.
Where should the black limb electrode be placed?
Upper left arm. Specifically, on the left infraclavicular fossa, right below the left clavicle.
Where should the green limb electrode be placed?
Lower right leg. Specifically, on the inside of the right ankle, right above the ankle bone.
Where should the red limb electrode be placed?
Lower left leg. Specifically, on the inside of the left ankle, right above the ankle bone.

Directly right of sternum, 4th intercostal space (between 4th and 5th rib)
