Communication
The act of conveying or exchanging information and news.
Consume
To use up a resource, such as fuel, energy, or time.
Cruel
Willfully causing pain or suffering to others, or feeling no concern about it.
Dead-end
A situation or job in which there is no hope of making progress.
Dull
Lacking interest or excitement; boring.
Dumb
Temporarily unable or unwilling to speak, or used informally to mean unintelligent.
Apprentice
A person who is learning a trade from a skilled employer, having agreed to work for a fixed period at low wages.
Blue-collar
Relating to manual work or workers, particularly in industry.
Consultant
A person who provides expert advice professionally.
Private
Belonging to or for the use of one particular person or group only.
Question
A sentence worded or expressed so as to elicit information.
Redundant
Not or no longer needed or useful, often referring to an employee no longer needed by a company.
Refreshed
To feel less tired or more energetic.
Temptation
A desire to do something, especially something wrong or unwise.
Uninteresting
Not capable of holding one's attention or arousing interest.
White-collar
Relating to the work done or the people who work in an office or other professional environment.
Renew
To resume after an interruption, or to replace something that is broken or worn out.
Workload
The amount of work to be done by someone or something.
Salary
A fixed regular payment, typically paid on a monthly or biweekly basis but often expressed as an annual sum.
Addicted
Physically and mentally dependent on a particular substance, and unable to stop taking it without incurring adverse effects.
Bachelor
A person who has a first degree from a university or college (e.g., Bachelor of Arts).
Consideration
Careful thought, typically over a period of time.
Ideal
Satisfying one's conception of what is perfect; most suitable.
Inspiring
Having the effect of animating someone with the ability or desire to do something.
Internship
The position of a student or trainee who works in an organization, sometimes without pay, in order to gain work experience.
Boring
Not interesting; tedious.
Compare
Estimate, measure, or note the similarity or dissimilarity between two or more things.
Competitive
Relating to or characterized by competition, often involving a strong desire to be more successful than others.
Confession
A formal statement admitting that one is guilty of a crime or has done something wrong.
Deadline
The latest time or date by which something should be completed.
Demanding
Requiring much skill or effort.
Fulfilling
Making someone satisfied or happy because of fully developing their character or abilities.
Graphic
Relating to visual art, especially drawing, design, or lettering.
Highly paid
Earning or involving a high salary.
Interviewee
A person who is interviewed.
Literature
Written works, especially those considered of superior or lasting artistic merit.
Nearly
Very close to; almost.
Promotion
Activity that supports or provides active encouragement for the furtherance of a cause, venture, or aim; also the action of raising someone to a higher position or rank.
Spaceship
A spacecraft, especially one controlled by a crew.
Strict
Demanding that rules concerning behavior are obeyed and observed.
Tabloid
A newspaper having pages half the size of those of the average broadsheet, typically containing sensational stories and many photographs.
Tackle
To make determined efforts to deal with a problem or difficult task.
Low-paid
Relating to or being a job for which a person receives a small amount of money.
Ultimate
Being or happening at the end of a process; final.
Master
A person who has complete control of something, or a high-level university degree (e.g., Master of Science).
Motivate
To provide someone with a motive for doing something or to stimulate someone's interest in or enthusiasm for doing something.
