I refuse to fracture myself for acceptance or tradition—I am a sacred blend of rebellion, reverence, and responsibility.

Every day, I show up as the man God designed: fierce in grace, rooted in spirit, and committed to liberating others through my authenticity.

Show Up or Don’t

If I commit, I show up. Present. Engaged. Full-hearted.

If I can’t, I don’t pretend. I say the truth and reset.

My word is weight.

Protect the Misunderstood

I stand for the misfit, the marginalized, the one finding their voice.

This includes my staff, my students, my children—and myself.

I will use my influence to create space, not erase difference.

Who I am and what I live by

I am a servant leader forged in fire, not polished in glass.

I live at the crossroads of rebellion and reverence—unapologetically punk, fiercely principled, and spiritually grounded.

I carry systems in my mind and chaos in my heart.

I honor process without worshiping perfection.

I don’t bend to institutions—I build better ones.

I lead not to be admired, but to awaken others to their own voice and value.

I support my trans child with the same relentless love my Creator gives me: without condition, without fear.

I read Scripture not to wield it, but to walk it out—in truth, mercy, and justice.

My Purpose

For your staff: A leader who sees them and frees them. You’re not their boss—you’re their shield and catalyst.

For your students: Proof that design can be sacred rebellion—not corporate obedience.

For your children: A living example that truth and love are not mutually exclusive. Especially when it’s hard.

For your Creator: A man who walked the narrow road with boldness, not performative piety.

Truth Over Performance

I reject performative professionalism and aesthetic conformity.

I will speak truth in love, even when silence is easier.

My leadership is not built on image—it’s forged in authenticity.

How I Show Up

1. I show up real.

No more code-switching between punk and professional. I bring my full self—tattoos, tension, testimony—and trust it will make space for others to do the same.

2. I choose sacred disruption.

I will not idolize elegance or corporate polish. When those become false gods, I smash the altar. My leadership will be disruptive, honest, and led by conviction—not convention.

3. I lead from love, not fear.

I will not lead by avoiding what makes others uncomfortable. I will lead by loving deeply, even when that love looks like rebellion. I will be bold enough to believe compassion can coexist with structure.

4. I protect the flame.

I will guard the creative spark in my staff, my students, and my own spirit. I will not conform their fire to fit sterile expectations. I will mentor them into bold, expressive designers—not decorators.

5. I walk in light.

Every day I will align myself to God—not tradition, not trend, not fear. If it doesn’t bear the fruit of the Spirit, I will not give it power. I am accountable to something higher than public image.

6. I give grace to my past self.

I will not shame the version of me who tried to survive. He built the bridge. But I will not stay there. I’m crossing over into full embodiment. Whole. Holy. Free.

Love First, Always

I will measure my leadership and fatherhood by the quality of love I extend—especially when it's hard.

Even when I disagree, I will not abandon.

Love is not passive; it’s a disciplined force.

Lead With Fire and Order

I will honor both the chaos that creates and the structure that sustains.

I build systems that serve people, not the other way around.

Creativity and clarity are not enemies—they are allies in my leadership.

Grace Is the Way

I lead with justice, but always tempered with mercy.

I will not use God’s law as a weapon, but as a mirror to grow in humility.

I give myself grace to evolve, even when that evolution scares me.

Radical Accountability

I own my mistakes. I do not outsource blame.

Growth requires reflection, not just action.

If I betray my values for comfort, I reset and realign.

Father, Make Me One Man

Heavenly Father,

You are the Author of truth, the Giver of identity, and the Architect of wholeness.

You did not create me in fragments—you formed me in Your image, fully, intentionally, and without apology.

I come before You not to become someone else, but to become the man You already designed:

A man of clarity, courage, compassion, and conviction.

A father who leads with grace.

A husband who loves without condition.

A leader who reflects Your justice and mercy.

A creative who builds beauty with meaning.

A son who walks in Your freedom, not in fear.

Father, I ask You to strip away every false layer—

Every costume I’ve worn to survive, every silence I’ve kept to be accepted, every role I’ve played to stay safe.

Break the fear of rejection. Burn away the lie that I must shrink to lead.

Teach me to walk in unapologetic wholeness—not in pride, but in holy alignment.

Let my love be fierce and disciplined.

Let my truth be tempered with mercy.

Let my leadership be an outpouring of integrity, not performance.

Let my communication carry the weight of heaven—and the warmth of Jesu s.

Guard my heart from fragmentation, and guide my spirit into unity.

Make my life, my words, my work, and my presence a reflection of You—not just in the church, but in the boardroom, the studio, the dinner table, and the quiet places.

Thank You for choosing me for this season, for this family, for this calling.
