They are known for their epic, immersive mask productions (where the audience, who are masked, are able to explore the same space as the actors, like in 'The Burnt City') and radical promenade performances (where the audience are led from scene to scene by a character) in site specific locations, often large warehouses. In a Punchdrunk production, the audience has free rein of the space and the narratives are non-linear. Drawing inspirations from Punchdrunk enables me to achieve the quick transitions between many different locations, allowing the 'unstageable play' to be staged. It also allows me to explore Woyzeck's life, particularly the uncomfortable aspects, in an immersive way, allowing me to communicate his poor living conditions to the audience
