what is the difference between health and disease?
health is the state of physical and mental well-being
diseases are major causes of ill health.

What is CVD (Cardiovascular Disease)?

high blood pressure - increases the risk of heat disease
gender - men are more likely to develop heart disease
genes - if your parents have heart disease, you're at a greater risk.
smoking - can double the risk of heart disease
diet - affects weight and cholesterol levels
