CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVINIENCE AND NECESSITY (CPCN)
Give local domestic airlines the legal right to operate specific commercial routes inside the country
FOREIGN AIR CARRIER’S PERMIT (FACP)
Permit is strictly required for any foreign airline that wants to fly its routes into the Philippines
LETTERS OF AUTHORITY REGULATE THE GROUND GAME
Applicants must legally prove they are fit, willing, and able to provide these services
CAB functions as a specialized aviation court
