Acknowledge guests immediately with a warm, professional greeting, introduce yourself, and make every guest feel welcomed.

Offer water and take beverage or cocktail orders promptly; be knowledgeable about specialty cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options.

Explain the menu, answer questions, identify dietary concerns or allergies, and confidently recommend appetizers and signature dishes.

Take the Order Accurately

Take the complete order, clarify modifications, repeat important details, and enter the order into the POS promptly and correctly.

Make sure the table is properly prepared before food arrives, deliver dishes to the correct guests, and confirm that everything ordered has arrived.

Return shortly after food is delivered, confirm that the food is prepared correctly and guests have everything they need, and address problems immediately.

Refill beverages, pre-bus continuously, replace necessary utensils, keep the table clean, and anticipate needs without guests having to ask.

Offer dessert, after-dinner beverages, or another round, and present the check promptly and process payment accurately when requested.
