Article I
Created the name of the combined 13 states as The United States of America.
Article II
The article describes how each U.S. state has its own freedom and rights that were not provided by Congress.
Article III
This article describes how the US states will join forces with each other in order to guard the security of each others lives, health, safety, and morals even through times of attack regardless of religion, sorvereingy or any other pretence.
Article IV
Every citizen of the specific state is granted rights and privliges of an American citizen unless they are a fugitive of a convicted crime in a different state.
Article V
This Article sets the standards for the legislative branch, giving states the general standards for votes and representatives allowed. Provides protections for members of Congress except in the case of a federal crime, and protects the word of members of Congress.
Article VI
This Article restricts states from making their own foreign or military decisions without Congress approval. It sets rules for how many military resources a state can have in peace and requires Congress permission for a state to go to war unless its under a threat.
Article VII
This article is saying that each states legislature gets to appoint every military officer of or under the rank of colonol.
Article VIII
This article states that any military expense should be payed through taxes.
Article IX
This article states that only congress has the power over foreign relations and what it can and can't do.
Article X
This Article states that at least nine out of thirteen states must be in favor before taking any action.
Article XI
This Article states that Canda may join the United State's union and recieve all of the benefits. No other country may join unless nine states agree.
Article XII
Stated that the new nation agreed to pay for previous war debts

This Article states that every state has to follow all of the Articles of Confederation and they can't be changed unless Congress agrees on it and every state's legislature agrees as well.
