When the components of health function well together, the individual has a sense of well-being. (Components are the different types of health.

The average number of years that an individual of a particular age can expect to live. 2024 the average life expectancy 79, 81.4 for women, 76.5 for men. Women tend to live longer as men tend to participate in riskier activities.

Is a way of living, including behaviors that promote or impair good health and logevity.
What is health?
A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. It’s the ability to function adequately and independently in a constantly changing environment.
Risk Factor
Is a characteristic that increases an individual’s chance of developing a health problem. [poor diet, physical inactivity, emotional stress]

A sense that one is functioning at his or her best level.
