I will put others before self, participate with enthusiasm, meet or exceed all advancement requirements, wear my uniform with pride, follow our Navy’s customs and courtesies, know the rules and follow them, do the right thing even when it’s not popular, stay away from alcohol drugs and gangs, preform each task with maximum effort, earn the trust of my superiors and the respect of my subordinates, strive to become a leader of character, treat others with dignity and respect, stand up against bullying hazing harassment discrimination gossip and all other forms of prohibited conduct.

Demonstrate the proper procedures for two‐way radio communication
1. Begin with a clear understanding of the communication protocol.\n2. Use the proper radio terminology and call signs.\n3. Always say 'over' to indicate you have finished transmitting and are waiting for a response.\n4. Use 'out' to indicate the conversation is finished.\n5. Speak clearly and at a moderate pace to ensure the message is heard clearly.\n6. Avoid unnecessary chatter; stick to relevant information.\n7. Confirm the receipt of messages, if necessary, by repeating back key information.
Under the supervision of the CMAA, the Security Officer, and/or the Operations Officer, develop a Watch Bill for a unit drill
1. Collaborate with the CMAA, Security Officer, and Operations Officer to determine the staffing needs for the drill.\n2. Identify the roles and responsibilities of each team member.\n3. Create a schedule that outlines watch assignments for the drill duration.\n4. Ensure all personnel are aware of their specific duties and reporting times.\n5. Distribute the Watch Bill to all participants ahead of the drill.\n6. Review and adjust the Watch Bill as necessary based on feedback or changes in the drill plan.
