Poor Mental Health
A state where emotional, cognitive, behavioural, or social
functioning is negatively affected, resulting in distress or reduced
ability to cope.
Mental Illness
A clinically significant disturbance in cognition, emotional
regulation, or behaviour that reflects dysfunction in psychological,
biological, or developmental processes and is associated with
distress or impaired functioning.
