Listen from a place of Curiosity
Parts want to be known exactly how they are
Remember all protectors have good intentions
How to Listen for Parts?
How are parts protecting? Thoughts and beliefs that motivate them? Internal dilemmas and conflicting feelings?
Question to start the process of in-sight
“What are you most curious about?”
Once a target part has been identified, what question and prompt follow?
Are you feeling that way now?
Have them find the part in or around their body
Once the client finds the target part in and around their body, what do you ask and what are you looking for in their response?
How do you feel towards that part?
