1st amendment

This amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment, as well as unreasonable bail and fines

This amendment states that the rights in the bill of rights are not the only rights people have

10th amendment

This amendment states that any powers and rights not delegated to the federal government, nor denied to the state governments, automatically go to the states or the people
