Duty Ethics (Pliktetik / Regeletik)
An ethical theory in which whether an action is right or wrong is determined by which duty or rule the action follows, rather than by the consequences it produces.
Moral Value of an Action in Duty Ethics
The moral worth determined by an action's direct compliance with a moral duty or rule, rather than by its outcome or consequences.
Duty Collision (Plikkollision)
A conflict that arises when a person simultaneously holds two or more duties, but it is impossible to fulfill all of those duties at the same time.
