Is the process of formally accepting a project deliverable. Before deliverable can be accepted, it must have gone through the control quality process.
Managing quality
Focuses on implementing the quality management plan into executable quality activities, identify ineffective processes and causes of poor quality.
Monitoring stakeholder engagement
helps determine the position of stakeholder groups and individuals at any particular time in the project

is a hierarchical representation of resources by category and type
Functional manager
is typically part of a large organization that focuses on providing management oversight for business unit
Project manager
is assigned by the performing organization to lead the team that is responsible for achieving project objectives. The project manager is empowered with the authority to make decisions, utilize resources, and spend the budget
Project coordinator
I have no authority to make important decisions to achieve the teams objectives, just manage team activities.
Project sponsor
provides resources and support for the project and is accountable for enabling success. Typically, do not manage ongoing project task

the process of developing an approach and planning for project communications based on the information needs of stakeholders, available organizational assets, and the needs of the project
Communication styles assessment
a technique that's used to assess communication styles and identify the preferred communication method, format, and content for planned communication activities

shows the current level of engagement by stakeholders compared with the desired level of engagement necessary for successful project completion
