Silver Stain
A staining method used for the visualization of Cryptococcus, Blastomyces dermatitis, and Histoplasma yeast.
Pneumocystis Pneumonia
A type of pneumonia identified in the lecture notes on Page 2.
Paracoccidioides Brasilienses
A specific fungal organism listed with primary morphological designations A and B.
Blastomyces dermatitidis
A fungus characterized by a mold form when growing at Room Temperature on PDA Agar, typically stained with LPAB or Silver Stain.
PDA Agar
Potato Dextrose Agar, a culture medium used for the growth of Blastomyces mold and Aspergillus Flavus/Niger.
LPAB Stain
