Your digital products are too expensive.

I can understand how you might think that. It might be worth the short length of this conversation, just a few minutes is all I’m asking for - to look at why we might be more expensive. We’re still very competitive, but there are some key reasons why other providers are cheaper.

I can understand why they might say that. If I can have a few minutes of your time at a later date, I can explain how we have a target on our backs now because so many advertisers have had a great experience working with us.

It’s great you’re happy with them. Finding a company you’re comfortable with is KEY. If you could spare just a few minutes, I’d like to know why you’re so happy with them. You must be happy because they show you all the websites you’re on correct? Or they can track your campaigns LIFT correct? Do you love your creative in your display ads? Did the video they produced for you work well?

I can understand that - there are a lot of advertising choices now and it’s hard to know what you should be interested in. If you can spare just a few minutes, we can talk about why you’re not interested in hearing some great ideas to make your advertising dollars work better for you. I’ve had many conversations that start like this that end in a business owner thanking me for taking the time to help.

I’m glad you gave it a try. There’s many different ways to buy TV and they’re not all perfect for everyone. If you’d give me a few minutes to ask just a few more questions at a later date, I’d probably be able to figure out what went wrong, and show you how cable and satellite would work better.

I can understand why you might think that, since cord cutting has a lot of media exposure in recent years. If you could give me just a few minutes of your time next week, we can look at how many people use media differently today, and how my company has adjusted with the times, using satellite and platforms like Roku and Slingbox to better target any audience.
