What are ethics?
The rules or standards that govern conduct of individuals within a profession based on omral philosophy
What is unethical behavior?
That which is inconsistent with the stated values, norms, and belifs of the organization’s stakeholders
What is the difference between confidentiality and privacy?
Confidentiality → data

WHen other people are suspected of acting unethically, what do HR professionals need to do?
It can be an informal investigation or a simple coaching of the individual involved
