A persons authority to prescribe within their scope : a dentist giving meds for the mouth, gums etc.

Rx that don't need to be counted (birth control, inhaler) theystill need to be labeled
If a prescriber puts in the refill area, how many times can the prescription be filled?
3 times. The original + the 2 refills.
What are the refill requirements for scheduled drugs?
C-ii cannot be refilled, 3 and 4 cannot be refilled more than 5 times after 6 months
