Absolute Value
How far a number is from zero, measuring distance without concern for direction.
Minimum Distance
The smallest possible value for a distance between two points, which cannot be less than 0.
Distance Between Two Points (Example: 6 and −4)
The absolute value of the difference between two values, such as six minus negative four or negative four minus six, which equals 10 either way.
