ლოცვა სწავლის დაწყების წინ (Prayer Before the Beginning of Learning)
A prayer invoking the All-Gracious Lord to send down the grace of the Holy Spirit to bestow understanding, strengthen spiritual faculties, and enable learning for the glory of the Creator, comfort of parents, and benefit of the church and homeland.
ლოცვა სწავლის დამთავრების შემდეგ (Prayer After Finishing Learning)
A prayer giving thanks to the Creator for the grace of learning, and asking for blessings upon leaders, parents, and teachers who guide students toward good, along with renewed strength to continue studying.
ყოვლადსახიერო უფალო (All-Gracious Lord)
The title used at the beginning of the pre-study prayer to address God when asking for the grace of the Holy Spirit.
მადლი სულისა წმიდისა (Grace of the Holy Spirit)
The divine blessing requested in the pre-study prayer to grant understanding and strengthen the powers of the soul.
შემოქმედი (Creator)
The term used in both prayers to refer to God, for whose praise students are raised and to whom thanks are offered after learning.
მშობელნი და მასწავლებელნი (Parents and Teachers)
The key individuals mentioned in the prayers for whose comfort students learn and for whom blessings are requested as guides toward goodness.
